Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

• All original tags and packaging must be intact.

• The item must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

• Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Sale or clearance items

• Gift cards

• Personalized or custom-made products

• Items marked as “Final Sale”

• Undergarments and intimate wear (for hygiene reasons)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. If you need a different size or color, please contact us to check availability.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
